The Atlas Detailing Management Team

Atlas' Owner and President, Tamara Pingol, recognized the importance of assembling a high caliber team to promote and sustain the company's growth objectives. In support of these objectives she has assembled a strong team that will help guide it to success in the years to come. Some of the key personnel are listed below. 

Tamara Pingol - Owner and President

Ms. Pingol started Atlas Detailing with the goal of providing superior service at a reasonable price. She had previously been a partner in a small detailing firm, but determined that her goal of being the premier service provider in the Mid-Atlantic region required her to sell her stake and to start her own company. Only then, would she have the ability expand the business while maintaining a high level of service.

Ms. Pingol started Atlas in early January of 2002 with just 3 employees, including herself. Since then the company has grown at a staggering rate and now serves 8 dealerships and employs over 50 managers and staff.

Ms. Pingol demands the highest level of professionalism and has maintained Atlas' sterling reputation during this growth period. She demands the highest standards from herself and her staff, and has been recently recognized as a premier detailer in the Washington Metropolitan area.

Ms. Pingol recognizes and firmly believes that it is not just the management team, but each employee taking pride in their work, and demanding excellence of themselves, that will enable the company to achieve its long-term objectives.

Ms. Pingol has been in the detailing business since 1999. Prior to Atlas Detailing she was a partner in a smaller, but well regarded detailing business in the Northern Virginia area.

Chris Stolte - General Manager

Chris has been with Atlas Detailing for more than 3 years and knows the business from top to bottom. He specializes in problem cars that need extra work due to environmental elements that can damage and depreciate the value of your vehicle such as: oxidation, surface scratches, compounding, wet sanding, water spots, acid rain and sap removal. Chris, as General Manager of Atlas Detailing, is responsible for all work completed by Atlas's employees. He is a huge asset to Atlas and a great representative of our company and to our Clients.

Amin Harper - Senior Operations Manager

Amin has been with Atlas since 2003. Senior Operations Manager to Atlas, he has the exact knowledge of the dealerships and can run a staff of 12 or more on a daily basis. His knowledge of the business is quite impeccable. He has the insights on running a high volume dealership with 100% satisfaction and results. His focus on detail sets a high standard for all!

Alexander Oliver - Manager, Springfield VA.

Alexander Oliver has shown through the last few years to be yet another A team member of Atlas detailing. His skills in the detailing field far exceeds any business owner's expectation from an employee. Alexander takes pride and determination in completing his work and also demands if from employees under him. No matter how difficult or time consuming the job may be, he will stay until it is completed. One of my top executives in the Company hands down.
